About the Online Store online store products are sold by Hei Trading Oy, Finnish business ID 2834427-8. We sell products to legal adults (hereinafter referred to as consumers) as well as to business, public administration, and community customers (hereinafter referred to as business customers) in Finland. The prices of the products include value-added tax. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and postage costs.

We also reserve the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order, as displayed on the website. Changes in the law will take effect immediately as they are, unless otherwise stipulated by the law. / Hei Trading Oy is not liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure refers to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the control of / Hei Trading Oy. / Hei Trading Oy is obliged to inform the customer as soon as possible about any force majeure situation that occurs.

In consumer sales, the current consumer protection legislation of Finland and the European Union is followed. In transactions between a business customer and / Hei Trading Oy, the laws of Finnish commercial transactions are applied, unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.

Customer info

A consumer customer must provide their name, email address, postal address, and phone number when placing an order. For customers under 18 years old, the name and email address of a guardian must also be provided in the order's comment field. A corporate customer must provide the customer's name, business ID, contact person, email address, delivery address, billing address, and phone number when placing an order. Customer information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. However, the information may be used for / Hei Trading Oy's own marketing purposes, product warranty registration, and possibly ongoing contests/raffles.

Product pricing

All prices in the online store include value-added tax (VAT), as well as possible recycling fees and raw material supplements. Prices are subject to shipping costs, which are determined based on the selected delivery method.

All prices in the online store apply only to orders placed through the shopping cart on the website.

All product information is provided without commitment. The right to pricing and product information errors is reserved, in which case the seller's liability is limited to cancelling the transaction at most. Customers will be informed about price corrections due to errors before order processing.

Used products are sold as they are.


Products are primarily ordered through the internet at the address via the shopping cart.

All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, shipping costs, and the ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, providing an email address during the order is required.

With each order, the customer agrees to abide by the current terms of delivery. / Hei Trading Oy reserves the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities.

Order confirmations

We will send the order confirmation by email. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing a working email address during the order.

Through the user account on our website, you can review the content of your order.

Delivery time

We send out products on every working day.

Stock products ordered and paid for before 2:00 PM, with a shipping method of Posti or Matkahuolto, are typically dispatched on the same day. Usually, orders arrive within 1-2 business days to Finland. Delivery times to rest of the Nordic countries (such as Sweden, Denmark and Norway) generally take 2-4 business days. To other European countries it generally takes 3-5 business days, with some more remote locations up to 8 days.

Oversized or items weighing over 35 kg are shipped as pallet freight. Orders made and paid for before 10:00 AM usually get processed on the same day.

For custom-order products, the delivery time generally varies between 2 to 28 days, depending on the product. If the delivery time significantly deviates from what's stated on the product card, we aim to promptly inform the customer about the more accurate delivery time.

Delivery methods and shipping costs

We utilize services such as Posti, Matkahuolto, Schenker, and Kaukokiito for order deliveries. The delivery method is chosen before finalizing the order payment. The available delivery methods and their prices are determined based on the order contents and delivery address. However, we reserve the right to use an alternative but closely equivalent delivery method if the order processing necessitates it (large shipment, other restrictions, direct deliveries, etc.). In the case of a significant change in delivery method or location, the customer will be notified via email. If such a change would incur substantial additional costs or lead to an extended delivery time, we will always discuss these matters individually with the customer.

The delivery costs include shipping and packaging fees.

The tracking code for the shipment will be sent to the customer immediately after the delivery.

For all other aspects of the shipments, the general and valid terms and conditions of the respective service provider apply.

We do not offer orders with cash-on-delivery or post-payment.

Pickup from our store (Pohjanmäentie 2, 18100 Heinola) is always a free delivery option. Pickup orders must be placed and paid for at least 2 hours before pickup. Our store is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You can also inquire about the possibility of earlier morning or later evening pickups. Please be prepared to provide proof of identity with an official identification document such as a passport, identity card, or Finnish driver's license.

Payment options for orders include Finnish online banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, and S-Pankki), major payment and credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club, and JCB), PayPal, MobilePay, as well as invoice and installment payment services provided by Collector Bank and Klarna. Prepayment by bank transfer can also be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. If the payment is not made within 5 business days, the order and any possible product reservations will be canceled.

Invoicing sales are possible for those with a business ID (companies, sole proprietorships, associations, municipalities, government institutions). Billing requires a customer account and/or individually approved credit decision. You can apply for a customer account by filling out a registration form and checking the box "Apply for a customer account." Customer account applications are processed during our business hours. Approval or rejection of the customer account application will be communicated to the applicant via email.

All order information and payment transactions are processed securely and encrypted.

Return policy

Consumer customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 15 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. We offer a 30-day free return policy for our products. Free returns apply to orders sent with Posti's Postipaketti/Matkahuolto's Lähellä-pakettipalvelu weighing up to 30 kg within mainland Finland. In other cases, the customer is generally responsible for return costs if there is no defect in the product and the delivered item is correct. The general Return Policy applies only to unused and resaleable products in their original packaging. The package can be opened and the product examined if it is necessary for reviewing the product, but the product must not be used. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with its user instructions, and appropriately packed.

Returns must always be arranged in advance with's customer service either by email at or by calling +358102817711. 

Returns must be sent using the agreed-upon shipping method arranged in advance.

If the return is handled according to our instructions and the products are in an acceptable condition, we will refund the purchase price paid by the customer. The refund will generally be processed using the same payment method as the original order.

In cases where the return procedure is not followed according to our instructions, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for any loss of goods.

Returns sent with cash on delivery (Postiennakko) or Matkahuolto's cash-on-delivery service will not be accepted.

Copy of the order confirmation related to the return + a clear note indicating what is being returned.

Delivery errors

If there are any discrepancies or incorrect items in your delivery, etc., please notify us immediately by email at Once the error has been verified, we will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and the possible shipment of the correct items on a case-by-case basis. If you have received too many items or items that were not ordered, you are also obligated to notify us immediately by email at and return the items according to the provided instructions.

Delivery issues

If a product is lost during transportation, damaged, or if the wrong order or product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the issue to or by calling 010 281 7711. If transport damage is noticed upon receiving the package, an immediate note or reservation must be made with the transport company, and the damage should be documented immediately, possibly with photographs. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

If a delivery does not arrive within a reasonable time after the tracking code has been sent, the customer should first check the tracking service of the transport company. If a solution cannot be found (e.g., package permanently lost), the issue should be reported by email to, and we will investigate the matter with the transport company and arrange for a replacement product shipment or issue a refund if possible. However, indirect costs will not be compensated for delays.

Unclaimed Packages

As of June 13, 2014, according to the e-commerce law, simply failing to pick up an ordered item from the pickup location is no longer considered a valid method of cancellation. Therefore, we will charge the customer reasonable costs incurred due to unclaimed shipments. This usually includes both the shipping and return freight charges.

Product Registrations

The customer is responsible for registering the products themselves with the manufacturer's or importer's services if applicable. Hei Trading Oy is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the failure to register, such as a shorter warranty period or other potential benefits that might be missed. However, Hei Trading Oy reserves the right to register the product on behalf of the customer using the customer's information, following the manufacturer's or importer's retailer instructions (e.g., Festool).

Product warranty

All products come with a minimum of a six-month warranty in accordance with Consumer Protection Law. The warranty terms for some products may require registration (see section on Product Registrations). Detailed warranty conditions can always be found in the documentation accompanying the product or from other sources provided by the manufacturer or importer, such as their official website. Below are approximate examples of warranty periods for different brands:

AWD products: 12 months
Bahco products: Material and manufacturing defect warranty, not time-bound, except for hydraulic and pneumatic tools which have a 12-month warranty. Does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
Basso products: 36 months
Boxo tool carts and their tools: Material and manufacturing defect warranty, not time-bound. Does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. Excludes striking tools and socket sets for power tools. Torque wrenches and pullers: 12 months.
Clen products: 24 months for household use, 12 months for professional use.
CRX products: 12 months
Deca welding machines and chargers: 12 months
XR series cordless tools: 36 months (requires online registration)

The warranty period starts from the date on the receipt or invoice. Any product replacement or repair under warranty does not extend the warranty period.
